Spaceti is Proud to Announce ISO27001:2013 Certification!
Feb. 5, 2019
We have been quietly working on something big and now we can officially and proudly announce that Spaceti has been certified with one of the most demanding certifications – ISO27001:2013. This is another important step in Spaceti’s journey.
What Does This Mean?
ISO 27001:2013 is a well-known international standard for managing information and IT security in an enterprise. It defines best practices and key processes for the effective management of information across the entire company and includes the use of customer data.
What Does It Mean for Spaceti?
“It’s a big step towards the maturity of the company. ISO 27001 formalises different fields of information and security management by enforcing the processes in place. We are proud of our achievement and it’s a signal toward potential customers that they can trust us and our operations,” said Spaceti’s co-founder and Cloud Architect Mario Kamburov when asked what the certification means for Spaceti.
Despite being a small and relatively young company, Spaceti was able to meet the rigorous demands and strict regulations regarding certification. The step is also an important point of maturation for us as we strive to digitise buildings around the world and change how people interact with their office environment.
How Can Partners and Customers Benefit?
Certification means that we take security, information management, and customer data exceptionally seriously by implementing the appropriate safeguards. We also one step further by continuously maintaining and investing into security awareness and updating our best practices and policies.
