Manage Limited Space Capacity With Automatic Check-outs!   

 

A common problem in professional working environments is that there is no way for people to “check out” from meeting rooms or desks after finishing their meetings or work early. 

As companies start to cut down on office real estate or manage limited space capacity, this can pose a real challenge if someone else wants to book that same meeting room or workspace but can’t because the reservation system still shows it as in-use.   

Thanks to Spaceti’s new automatic check-out feature, our solution can now use sensors to track real-time usage of space and, in case of an early finish to a meeting, automatically remove the reservation of that space from your calendaring systems such as Office 365 or Google Calendar, after confirming with the employee that they have indeed finished their meeting.   

 

This new feature can be obtained individually or bundled with our other sensor and reservation system tools to create a powerful and customizable workplace management suite. As a Workplace manager, you will have full control in setting up specific check-out times for the different space types such as meeting rooms, parking spaces, and other shared areas.
