Cobblestone is a large property manager in Denmark employing hundreds of employees, many of whom cannot work from home.
Currently, the office is mostly empty, but that is because employees are actively taking turns performing tasks they cannot do remotely. Using Spaceti’s real-time map, employees can check current occupancy and coordinate their work schedules without endangering one another.

The Danish government has imposed additional limits on how many people can be in a room together. Through the Spaceti mobile app, employees can book and manage their parking spaces, meeting rooms, and desk reservations according to current occupancy and social distancing policies.
Cobblestone requires employees to book workspaces for a set period (ranging from half a day to multiple days). Our booking system ensures employees have a dedicated, safe workspace.
