Introducing Our Newly Upgraded Buildings Management Feature

Previously known as Space Configuration, our Buildings Management feature has been elevated to a new level to enable more efficient administration of each building individually.

We are excited to introduce our newly upgraded Buildings Management feature, which has replaced the previous Space Configuration. With this new feature, you will have more control and flexibility over your account, allowing you to manage each building’s bookings, information and settings, WiFi, contacts, special offers, nearby places, floors, spaces, companies, building managers, booking rules, space and user groups, departments, activities, and analytics on a building-specific level.

What is a Buildings Management?

As part of the Spaceti platform, Buildings Management provides property managers and building owners with a comprehensive set of tools to efficiently manage each building individually. With Buildings Management, users can easily create new buildings, add and manage building features and settings, and access detailed analytics and reporting to gain valuable insights into their operations. By leveraging this powerful tool, customers can achieve greater control over their property portfolio, reduce operational costs, and improve overall performance.

How to Create a New Building and Customize its Various Components?

You can now create new buildings under Settings, with all features available and specific to the building you are administering. In addition, we have merged My Buildings and Space Configuration into this new feature, making it easier for you to manage all of your buildings in one place.
