What personal information do we collect from you?
When ordering or registering on our web site or mobile application, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or other details to help you with your experience.
In the case of your registration (creating your user account) to Dashboard or Mobile app, we record your name or nickname (username) as a user, e-mail, phone number, password in an encrypted form and a personal picture of you (not obligatory).
When you are using Mobile app and you are in the monitored building, we record your actual indoor location.

For what purpose do we collect the provided data?
The provided personal data are collected in particular for the purpose of:
- Identification of the user of Dashboard or Mobile app while registering or using the Service;
- Provision of all functionalities of Service, in particular, but not limited to, of:
- Navigation in the monitored building;
- Search of other individuals (e.g. co-workers) in the monitored building;
- Reporting damaged equipment or facilities in the monitored building; and
- Provision of other localization based functionalities;
- In addition, we may use your personal data in order to:
- Help us provide you with the communication and the Service;
- Confirm or correct personal data;
- Help us run our business and compliance programmes;
- Audit our business.
Anonymized personal data are further used for maintenance reports, space utilisation suggestions, space usage analytics, and other types of reports related to the monitored buildings.
How do we protect your personal data?
Our data processing is fully consistent with the GDPR as we implement a variety of technical and organisational security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks protected by up-to-date antivirus software with a password-protected access to the storage and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. We believe that we have appropriate security controls in place to protect your personal data.
What are cookies and what kind of cookies do we use?
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since browser is a little different, look at your browser’s Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal data. However, your name, phone number and localization data may be accessible in real time to other users of the Service with respect to the relevant building(s) monitored under one contract or related contracts concluded between us as a Service provider and our customer who ensures provision of the Service to you.

We process all personal data only in a scope necessary for the fulfilling of the Purposes and usually only for such time as shall be necessary for the fulfilling of the Purposes, and for no longer than the period of time set forth by applicable legal regulations.

The right to be informed
