What will you do?
- Provides internal and external operational and accounting and oversees supporting processes in these areas.
- Deals with service providers/vendors.
- Performs HR administration tasks – legal, onboarding, training, and educational events organization.
- Prepares documents for company management, takes notes from meetings.
- Takes care of office equipment and provides office supplies.
- Supports the organization of internal and external events (such as conferences, seminars, team building, and Christmas parties).
- Assists with business travel booking and billing.
- Manages and records contracts and internal document storage database.
