Office manager (Prague)

Founded in 2016, Spaceti helps tenants and landlords drive customer value with a Hybrid work app (booking of desks, meeting rooms, parking lots, lockers) and with Workplace analytics of IoT data (occupancy, temperature, humidity, CO2). We are currently looking for an Office Manager who would join our team, the role would cover overall Spaceti operations worldwide and in our Prague HQ.

What will you do?

    • Provides internal and external operational and accounting and oversees supporting processes in these areas.
    • Deals with service providers/vendors.
    • Performs HR administration tasks – legal, onboarding, training, and educational events organization.
    • Prepares documents for company management, takes notes from meetings.
    • Takes care of office equipment and provides office supplies.
    • Supports the organization of internal and external events (such as conferences, seminars, team building, and Christmas parties).
    • Assists with business travel booking and billing.
    • Manages and records contracts and internal document storage database.

What are we looking for?

    • Service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to various workplace situations and challenges.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • English proficiency.
