Last year was crucial for expanding our business as we signed new partnerships that strengthened our presence in Europe.

Building Success Stories and Return on Investment for Our Customers

We are grateful to our existing and new customers for trusting us and expanding the horizons of digital workplaces. Growing our footprint to 15 countries is proof of thought leadership at a time when the proptech industry is maturing.

Moving the Product Forward

In 2019, we focused on prototyping and developing new features and integrations. We’re especially excited about the new Space Analytics platform, set to launch in early 2020. It will provide users with improved access to space occupancy and wellbeing data, along with integrations for new types of space sensors.

Additionally, Spaceti is now fully integrated with Outlook Calendar, making it easier to create and manage meetings. Our next step is to combine data from space sensors with calendar bookings, providing deeper insights into workspace utilization.

Keeping Data Security Standards High

We successfully retained our ISO 27001:2013 certification, one of the most demanding information security standards. We continue to maintain and enhance security awareness while updating our best practices and policies.

Celebration Time

One of the biggest achievements for a young proptech company is being recognized at a major real estate event. Winning the MIPIM Startup Competition 2019 in Cannes was definitely a highlight!
