Customer Service Representative (USA)

Customer Service Representative (USA)

What will you do?

    • Provide technical support for international business partners and clients (via email, telephone, or personally).
    • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers/partners accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Communicate with the product team about product improvements, feature requests, and roadmap.
    • Give training on product range portfolio.
    • Closely cooperate with Sales, Marketing and Product Department of the company.

What are we looking for?

    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with our industry (or tech in general) is a plus.
    • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
