Vodafone and Spaceti changing the way we park

Mar. 16, 2018

The mobile operator’s partnership with the young IoT company is bringing a modern and efficient approach to smart parking of passenger cars in corporate underground garages. ‘Smart Parking’ sensors connected to the Internet of Things network through data SIM cards and mobile applications will help employees and visitors to office buildings or parking houses save precious time normally spent on looking for an available spot.

Vodafone and Spaceti changing the way we park

Spaceti is one of the global leaders in building digitization. Its contribution to the intelligent parking project comes in the form of waterproof parking sensors that are placed on the floor on each parking spot as well as a user- friendly mobile application. Connectivity – connecting sensors to the radio network – is provided by Vodafone through NB-IoT (Narrow Band-Internet of Things).
The Well standard created by the International Well Building Institute quantifies basic standards in a number of categories for the first time ever in order to improve occupant wellbeing.

Here at Spaceti, we are committed to promoting a healthy work environment. Our Spaceti Stones collect data about temperature, humidity, CO2, allowing occupants and building managers to adjust them to optimal levels and saving costs.

Considering the confluence of missions, it was only natural that Spaceti CEO Max Verteletskyi earned certification as a Well Accredited Professional. This signifies not only our focus on improving indoor wellbeing, but in our ability to discuss, design, and implement solutions that will provide real benefits for occupants, building and facilities managers, and owners alike.

“Our vision is to become the technological driving force behind real estate digitalization and accelerate changes and innovations in this area. As a part of the Well Accredited Professionals community, the Spaceti team and I are committed to advancing human health and wellness in indoor environments, which we aim to achieve by creating digital technology tools,” Max said.
