Spaceti selected to participate in Skanska Reality Startup Day 2017 on Nov 8 as a leader in digitalizing facility and real estate management.
Skanska Reality organized the event in its client center in Prague-Karlín. Dozens of Skanska Reality employees from various departments attended, along with 15 Czech and Slovak start-ups that develop solutions for smart cities, buildings, and homes. We presented Spaceti’s unique building navigation and management system alongside parking systems, energy management analysis software, or digital signage solutions.
We’re honored to receive an invitation from Skanska, as well as the opening of dialogue between a large real estate player and younger technological firms that can offer innovative solutions and an expanded portfolio of services. The event also had a symbolic level for us, as employees of Skanska in London have been using Spaceti technology since this summer.
Skanska Reality is a residential developer active in the Czech market for more than 20 years, building and developing apartment buildings, with a focus on projects located in Prague.
