2017’s Best Facility Management Projects Compete in Adria Palace

The Czech Chapter of the International Facility Management Association(IFMA CZ) evaluated candidates for the FM AWARDS 2017, which aim to recognize the most significant projects and personalities in the facility management industry. Today’s presentation of nominated projects was hosted by Spaceti, one of the IFMA CZ’s newest members, at its Prague headquarters in the Adria Palace.

Awards will be given in the following categories:

1. Project of the Year
2. Student Project of the Year
3. Industry-Specific Study of the Year
4. Personality of the Year

And for the first time ever, the IFMA CZ 2017 President’s Award for Exceptional Contributions to the Industry will be given, presented by IFMA CZ President Ing. Milan Hampl.

All the projects will be evaluated by a five-member expert commission made up of Lukáš Eminger (ČEZ); Daniel Macek (Czech Technical University — ČVUT); Ivan Puchmeltr (ENGIE Services); Ladislav Zelenka (the Czech National Bank — ČNB); and Pavel Svoboda (Mirro).

Petr Glos of Masaryk University took patronage over the awards for the IMFA CZ board of directors.

This is the 17th year the IFMA will present its awards to recognize the best projects and professionals in the Czech Republic’s facility management industry.

The winners of the FM Awards 2017 will be announced at 7 p.m. on November 14, 2017 as part of the afterparty to celebrate the 17th annualFacility Management Week.
