Receptionist/Office Support

We are looking for a smart and proactive person who will assist in running our busy office. The successful candidate must ensure that the office offers a pleasant and functional environment for all employees.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, or by answering inquiries
  • Ensure that the conference rooms and/or equipment is prepared (functional) for meetings, as requested
  • Arrange for refreshments and/or catering
  • Arrange travel (airline and/or train tickets, taxis, etc.) and accommodation
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Perform “ad-hoc” tasks


You are the right candidate, if you have:

  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks
  • The ability to maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Czech and English
  • A flexible, pro-active attitude
  • A sense of humor
