What will you do?
- Provide technical support for international business partners and clients (via email, telephone, or personally).
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers/partners accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Communicate with the product team about product improvements, feature requests, and roadmap.
- Give training on product range portfolio.
- Closely cooperate with Sales, Marketing and Product Department of the company.
